Natural resources explorer Reveille Resources (AQSE:REV) has raised £2 million through its initial public offering on Aquis for the exploration of the Novazza and Val Vedello uranium deposits considered to be Italy’s largest.
Chief executive Ippolito Cattaneo says “It couldn't be a better time to list a uranium exploration company focused on Italy and Europe more broadly because Italy is currently rediscovering nuclear energy.”
In this interview investors will learn:
- Why Reveille decided to list in July
- What the immediate work programme will look like once exploration licences are approved
- Who is involved in the company, and why their multi-listings experience and network is beneficial to the success of the uranium explorer
- How the shareholder register, the family connections and director financial contributions reinforces management’s confidence about the assets
- Why other acquisitions are being considered to diversify the risk profile of the company
- What makes Reveille Resources and its existing portfolio ‘one of the most interesting uranium stories in Europe’
Ippolito Cattaneo, Chief Executive of Reveille Resources was interviewed by Sarah Lowther for focusIR.
