London BTC Company Ltd (LSE:BTC, OTCQB:VINZF) CEO Hewie Rattray spoke with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion after the company reported a standout gold assay of 143 grams per tonne from its Amonett-Frank project, the highest-grade result across its US portfolio to date.
Rattray said the company is "absolutely delighted" with the result, calling the grade exceptionally high for the jurisdiction, and outlined plans for further geological work ahead of potentially bringing in a partner to advance drilling.
The independent validation of the assay marks a key milestone in London BTC's strategy: acquiring mineral claims cheaply, de-risking them through geological work, then monetising validated assets via joint ventures, option agreements or sales, while potentially retaining royalties.
To speed that up, the company has appointed Dahrouge Geological Consulting to accelerate exploration across its growing Nevada and Arizona portfolio, expanding its capacity to evaluate assets and deliver results faster.
Rattray also flagged upcoming permitting milestones in September for the Nevada assets, and shared his outlook on bitcoin and crypto markets, central to the company's plan to recycle sale proceeds back into Bitcoin. As he put it: "Our strategy very much is to turn these things around quickly, improve the model, and use whatever we get from the sale to buy Bitcoin back for the company."
