After an oversubscribed £2.75 mln fundraise Thalia Therapeutics (LON:THAT) buys Sanmirna with its exclusive license in the U.S. for miRisten, a novel treatment for Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.
Chief executive Dr David Solomon says the acquisition is “accretive right away” and is funded “fully to a very important value inflection point.”
