Alasdair Bremner, chief executive, of Alusid, a portfolio company of Frontier IP Group PLC (AIM:FIPP, OTC:FGPPF), joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion with details of the launch of a range of mass-produced wall tiles made from its sustainable materials in outlets of Topps Tiles PLC (LSE:TPT).
Bremner said the tiles, available in four colours online and in-store, are made on industry-standard mass-production equipment from a minimum of 91% recycled industrial waste.
He also touched on a collaboration with Imerys to create commercial floor tiles made from 100% recycled waste, which require less gas and water to manufacture than conventional tiles.
