Eden Research PLC (AIM:EDEN) CEO Sean Smith talks to Proactive London after beginning trading on the US OTC market in addition to its London AIM listing this week. The shares will trade on the OTCQB Venture Market under the ticker EDNSF.
He says the listing will provide US investors with the ability to trade in the company's ordinary shares in US dollars and during US market hours. It is supporting the secondary listing with new investor relations activity in the US aimed at creating visibility, broadening the company's shareholder base and improving stock liquidity.
