The record H1A net assets of $202m reflect the IFRS required capitalisation of Tekcapital’s new holding in Versari Inc. An independent valuation of Versari’s IP portfolio of 11 filed and pending patents has valued the business at $293m, of which Tekcapital owns 51%.
