Big Technologies has announced it has reached a settlement agreement regarding the litigation brought from a group of former Buddi shareholders. A cash amount of £38.5m will be paid to the claimants, broadly in line with the £35.0m provided for at the H1 2025 results and within the £15m-£55m communicated range.
