April FY26 finals are in-line and show first symbolic Stereax™ commercial revenues & well-managed cash, which closed at £5.3m with a further net c.£4.6m raised post-period. Commercialisation of Stereax™ and Goliath solid-state-battery (‘SSB’) platforms are progressing well. Stereax™ revenues are forecast to grow in time, as US medtech partner Cirtec Medical rolls out its product offering to its customers. Goliath 10Ah prototypes are seeing increased evaluation traction with mainstream automotive OEMs & Tier 1 suppliers. Defence has emerged strongly as a potential new early adoption lucrative market for Ilika’s SSB technology, with the e-bike market being evaluated for Goliath in a UK grant-funded project with iconic UK partner Brompton Bicycles.
