that an Ace Hardware franchise operator in Georgia has become the second U.S. retail partner to carry FCL-X. Ace operates one of the largest hardware footprints in the U.S. with ~5,800 locally owned stores across all 50 states and more than 70 countries. Today’s news comes roughly four weeks after FCLI's first major retail launch with a leading home improvement chain (read our note here) and indicates that the consumer channel is gaining traction faster than expected. We are maintaining our BUY rating and our $0.60/share target price on FCLI.
The last few weeks have been extremely busy for FCLI, with the Company putting out multiple updates across new verticals as seen below:
May 18th - FCL-X extinguished a construction and demolition landfill fire in Evans County, Georgia, that had burned for three days despite continuous efforts by local crews, knocking it down in under an hour.
Late May - the Company ran a live battery burn demonstration in Fort McMurray, Alberta, for major oil sand producers, a national railway, and local fire departments, and is now in active sales discussions with several regional operators.
June 1st - FCLI booked its first Canadian municipal fire services sale with Ottawa Fire Services and confirmed it will exhibit at INTERSCHUTZ 2026 in Hannover, marking the Company’s first step into Europe.
