Touchstone has entered into an agreement to acquire five onshore producing blocks from Trinity Exploration & Production (TRIN LN) for total cash consideration of US$20.8 mm. The five 100% WI blocks are located onshore in the Southern Basin of Trinidad and are adjacent to Touchstone’s existing asset base.
