EQTEC has announced a £3.5m equity fund raising by way of a placing and also a broker option of up to £550,000. The raise has been priced at 0.22p representing a 23% discount to last night’s close. Proceeds will be used to progress EQTEC’s market development centres, increase R&D and reduce outstanding debt.
